This is first because these are the questions many people feel a bit awkward in asking… so here goes!
How do you quote for a piece of work?
Well it depends on what you are looking for, there are 2 ways:
- If you are buying one of our products then it’s simple. Whatever the price quoted is what you pay. This can all be done by phone or email to save you time. And remember, these are products that you can run time and time again without any licence or copyright. We do not discount so please don’t ask-thank you.
- If you are asking for a programme that is bespoke to your needs then we like to come and see you. That way you get a real sense of who we are and what we can do for you. Once we have an understanding of the outputs you are looking to achieve then we go away, put our ideas into a mixing bowl and we come up with a solution. We always like to come and talk to you about our ideas in person as they often provoke deeper thinking and it is this partnership that will develop to deliver you a great result. These ideas are often refined and we encourage you to view them as ‘a starter for 10′.
What are your day rates?
We find the best way to get what you want is for both parties to be open. This means that we like to talk to you about your budget and what we can do within that budget. By doing that you really do get ideas that are relevant and get you excited about the real potential of the project. With this in mind, anyone involved in the key decision making process also needs to be present at an early meeting. In nearly all cases we work within budget, sometimes we can think of ideas when you can get the result you want without spending the full budget too.
….and yes we do have a standard day rate it is £1,500.00 plus vat just to give you that ‘starter for 10′
How do I pay?
Good question, payment depends on how your organisation is set up to pay your suppliers. However we do work on trust and just because your company has a procurement process it doesn’t mean we don’t start. So if the powers that be are happy in principle for us to start work then that’s good enough for us. We just ask for a Purchase order number and we are good to go.

Our design is unique, it really is what sets us apart from everyone else and so questions about our design often help you decide if we are the right partner for you.
When choosing a partner, in the first instance, it’s about fit and trust for both parties. We want you to be thrilled with the work we do so that match is vital. We also accept that we are not everyone’s “cup of tea” and that’s OK with us.All we ask is that if you don’t go with us is that you give us feedback as we are always learning.
What makes you different?
We believe we have the knack of getting “your business and your people”. This has come about from over 100 years combined experience from different industries. We draw our inspiration as much from acute observations of what’s gong on inside your organisation, coupled with dynamic focus groups and interviews as much as from sitting on the banks of a river to that chance conversation with someone on the train.
We don’t do stuffy suits or use big words, what we do is say it like it is and make the incredibly complex very, very simple…When you meet with us ask us about “The Numbers Game” this is what we mean by keeping it simple and at the same time very thought provoking.
How can you guarantee what you do works?
Easily we do. Our principle is that if we can work together, will do whatever it takes to make sure when we work with you that it is successful-talk to people who love us. Wr are happy to give you the contacts of clients who will discuss with you how we work together.
What do I get at the end?
Our belief is that any project we work on with you is in partnership. What we mean by this is that we want to connect any work we do with whatever else is going on in your business. For example, we can ensure that what we do ties in with your recruitment strategy and induction process or links in with your internal comms plan. In addition, an intervention does not stop because we have left the building so we leave material with you so that your internal teams can continue to deliver and build on our catalyst and thereby building true self sufficiency.

What kind of organisation are you?
We like to think a very simple one. You will always have a single point of contact. However when we are working with you we will always ensure there is a back up person who you have contact with in case the person you are dealing with is abducted by aliens.
Who are you?
We are a small bunch of dedicated and passionate people with a wide network of like minded associates. Our background is a combination of Call Centres, Retail, Financial Services, Utilities and the Voluntary sector.
So you are a training company?
We see training as a passive activity that tends to re-inforce learning happening in the classroom or something that is done to you. Everything we do is about a desire and passion for people to learn, for themselves, and this tends to make them better at what they do….So, as it says on our home page, we help people and organisations to flourish and no we are not a training company.
Can I work for you?
Of course you can, we are always on the look out for special associates to work on a variety of projects that we have going on at any point in time. We do have an accreditation you have to go through it doesn’t take long and once you are successful then we will try and get you on a project a quickly as possible.
Who do you work with?
Basically our work has enabled us to enjoy working with a huge diversity of clients, from BIG corporates to start ups, in the public and private sector. Our philosophy is as long as there is a values and trust match we can work well together.
